I highly esteem people who dare to take their life a step further by seeking help.

Don't we all need help all the time anyhow?

I do! 

I need a hairdresser, an accountant, a plumber, a baker, and so many more people to help me take care of my life. I could indeed learn all of these tasks independently, but it would take me ages.

Why should mental issues be treated any differently when in fact our state of being is at the core of our relationships, health and businesses?
